Mission Statement
The CISCO Soccer Club is organized as a nonprofit corporation under the general corporation laws of the State of Arizona to operate exclusively for recreational and educational purposes without bias regarding race, creed, color, sex, religion, ethnicity or socio-economic status. We subscribe to the highest ethical standards which require that the club’s leaders and members follow all the rules and regulations of the Arizona Youth Soccer Association and US Club Soccer.
CISCO SC Philosophy
The CISCO Soccer Club is proud to offer youth soccer programs at every level – Competitive, Recreational, Developmental and Special Needs groups. The traditional goals of our soccer programs include but are not limited to providing a structured, challenging learning environment where the development of citizenship, friendship, teamwork, lifetime mental & physical fitness habits provide the most positive outlets for youth soccer players.

Establishing a culture and atmosphere where family values, sportsmanship, fair play, honesty, integrity and loyalty are the foundation for the future at CISCO SC.
Creating an environment where players are developed to their fullest potential and have the best chance of self-actualizing as citizens, students and athletes.
Providing professional leadership, high quality coaching and instruction with an emphasis on life skills, fundamentals, strategy, clean living, good health and having fun!
Informing players and parents about the costs and benefits associated with joining CISCO SC before they accept an offer to play for the club. Players and parents will also be informed of their rights and responsibilities as members of the CISCO SC.
